Your birth story matters. You deserve to remember it in all of its beautiful details — the curl of your toes during a contraction, the scrunch of your new baby’s nose, and everything in between.

Your birth is art — and you deserve to see it that way. You’re inherently worthy of witnessing your strength, your power, and your grit through the gift of birth photography.

As your birth photographer, I’ll fall in love with you during your story. You can be comfortable, vulnerable, and authentic with me, and I will always meet you with love, support, and acceptance in return.

✦ My People: Married to Nick; kiddos Owen, Jacob, Aria, and Maura; dogs Olive and Broccoli
✦ My Likes: True crime, days at the lake, competitive family game nights, summer rain storms
✦ My Life: Nothing productive until 10 a.m., tennis/gymnastics/soccer mom, editing photos, waiting on babies
✦ My Brain: Enneagram 3, ENTJ, off-the-charts extrovert, detail-oriented, fast mover/decision-maker
✦ My Style: Ponytail, no makeup (mascara if I’m fancy), tucked-in-the-front big t-shirts all day every day
What my friends will tell you about me:
✦ Call me old-fashioned, but I love random phone calls with friends!
✦ I hate wearing shoes. Any time I can get away with wearing slippers or flip-flops, I will!
✦ I served in the U.S. Army, primarily in South Korea and Hawaii.
✦ I am known for drinking way too much caffeine. Four kids in five years ruined me!
✦ I am an excessive exclamation point and heart emoji user!!! There is just so much to love and be excited about!!
✦ I am a total goofball and totally in my element when I have a smile on my face and belly laughing with people I love.

I had 4 kids in less than 5 years!
MY BIRTH EXPERIENCES FUNDAMENTALLY CHANGED HOW I VIEW BIRTH AND MYSELF.
My oldest is now 10, and I live with my husband and our kiddos in Lehi, Utah. Complications at the end of my first pregnancy resulted in an emergency C-section four weeks before my due date.
My second baby entered the world through a VBAC at home with an amazing birth team at my side. This primal, instinctual experience changed how I view birth, my babies, and myself. It lit a fire in me for birth work — I wanted to help as many parents as possible feel in control of their birth story, no matter how it unfolds. I've had two more VBACs since then, and I have the best job in the world of supporting Utah parents by documenting their once-in-a-lifetime birth stories.
